HEP conference 2007

Proceedings

gradient

Proceedings will be published electronically by IoP Journals.

We are pleased to announce that the EPS HEP2007 web site is now open for submissions. You can submit your paper using the EPS HEP2007 Editorial Manager™ system, provided by
Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

Plenary talks, parallel talks and posters will be published in the proceedings. Page allocations are as follows:

  • Posters are allocated up to two pages, or the author may instead submit a pdf file of the poster itself.
  • Parallel session speakers are allowed up to one page per five minutes of speaking time, although speakers who were allocated less than fifteen minutes speaking time may submit three pages.
  • We place no hard limit on the length of a plenary speaker's contribution, but we suggest one page per five minutes as a guideline.

The URL for submissions is http://epshepp.edmgr.com.

Before you can submit your paper, you will need to register, a process that takes just a few minutes. Once registered you will receive an e-mail with your username and password. You can then login as an Author.

What do you submit?
You only need to submit a PDF file of your paper, prepared to the JPCS specification. The submission site provides links to the journal's guidelines and templates: just click on "Instructions for Authors" in the blue header on the Editorial Manager Web page (link given above).

Once you have submitted your PDF, Editorial Manager will process a copy of it; you will then receive an e-mail asking you to approve this processed copy of your submission. You must check this copy before your paper can be forwarded to the proceedings editors.

The deadline for submission of proceedings contributions is
30 September 2007.
