Hi, by some stroke of misfortune you've managed to find your way to Tim West's website. I used to bemoan about being low
on Google (for a while I couldn't even find myself on there if I searched for Tim West). Now, however, if you do a
Google search for Tim West
then I'm first both worldwide and in the UK (if you use google.co.uk, only third on
google.com). This is very nice and everything, but I'd rather be first, after all, if you put in
Chris Tevlin,
Adam Mercer,
Neil Hodgkinson or
Darren Price (congratulations to Darren on the newfound
glory) get first on there.
Given the domain name that comes first, I do suspect that it is fairly unlikely I'll overtake him. At least I come above him
if you search for Timothy West,
coming second in the UK and third worldwide (which is kind of bizzare as I'm fairly certain that I haven't mentioned 'Timothy' anywhere
on here apart from back there). Needless to say, I do get the odd e-mail from people who find my site for some reason:

Anyway, I am currently doing my PhD (started October 2004) in high energy Physics (hep) at the University of Manchester. Currently I am looking at &tau-&rarr&pi-+&pi-+&pi++&pi0+&nu&tau decays at Babar in California. My supervisor is Professor Roger Barlow and you can find some of my work here.
